Returns

We’re confident you’ll love your H2 Oasis Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System. However, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind. - Unused Returns (within 30 days): You may return your device for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and the seal on the filter units is intact. This ensures hygiene and quality standards for all our customers. - Used Units: Due to the nature of water filtration systems and the consumable filter components, we cannot accept returns of used units for hygiene and safety reasons. Once water has passed through the system, the internal components are considered contaminated and non re-sellable. - Defective or Damaged Items: If your system arrives damaged or has a fault, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund, depending on the issue.
