How easy is the fan to use?

Our fan is very simple to use. Open the box, connect the unit to the base with one click and you’re ready to go. Instruction manual is also included.

What are the different settings?

A smart remote control is provided so you can switch between heating or cooling mode, increase fan speed, set a timer or turn on the oscillation. You can tilt the air outlet head 180 degrees which means you can position your airflow to suit your comfort.

Is the fan energy efficient?

Our Vortex Air fans have an A+ Energy efficiency rating. It uses a brushless motor that consumes less power compared to traditional fans and heaters. In cooling mode our fan will only cost 1p per hour to run. On a low heat setting just 34p per hour.

Which safety features does it have?

Our fans are 100% family safe since it does have any visible spinning blades. Additionally, it has a built-in tip-over protection and an automatic shut-off if it gets too hot.Therefore you can have peace of mind with your children, pets & loved ones being around them.

How noisy is the fan during operation?

Our fan operates quietly on Level 1 ensuring a peaceful environment. As you increase the speed settings, expect a normal increase in sound, but keeping you in control of your comfort.
